Introduction
We represent clients mostly in personal injury civil claims and corporate transactions or disputes. What sets us apart is that we put ourselves in our clients shoes and fight as hard as possible to achieve the goals the client sets out. We believe in representation that is straightforward, honest, and aggressive. Clients often come to us when they have nowhere else to turn or have a problem they can't solve on their own. That means we are often the last line of defense for an accident victim or a business owner. Nothing makes us happier than when we are able to help our clients solve their problems and successfully navigate the legal system to achieve their goals.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are dependent on which type of legal issue we are hired to provide. In accident or injury cases, our fees are contingency based, meaning we don't get paid unless we get a recovery for our clients. In these cases there are no upfront fees to the client. In business cases, we sometimes have flat rates or may charge hourly depending on the need. However, our fees are always reasonable, clearly communicated and known to the client upfront.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Legal issues often have many complex factors. Because of this, we need to either meet with a potential client in person or have a phone consultation to fully understand the issue. All initial consultations are free.
