Thank you, Linda!
It is hard to put into words what this law firm has done for me. I was struggling trying to deal with the insurance companies myself and was getting beat up by them and getting nowhere. I turned everything over to Schultz & Myers and let them go to work, which they did. It took time but all I had to do after that was to wait and exercise my patience. They did such an outstanding job, way beyond my expectations. Nothing I could have accomplished on my own, way beyond my ability of experties.Jun 2, 2016Myers Injury Law, LLC's reply
Thank you for your review, Stephen. We're glad we were able to help. I'll be sure to pass your kind note along to the rest of the team!
License Type: Attorney (MO)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning we don't get paid until you get paid. The exact percentage will vary slightly based on the type of injury you were involved in. Consultations, however are ALWAYS FREE, so it doesn't cost you a dime to find out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Mr. Myers not only attends classes to stay on top of personal injury law, but has also spoken at summits to truck accident attorneys who are eager to learn Josh's strategies.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? When people think of hiring a personal injury lawyer, they expect that they will be out making enemies with everyone involved in the accident. I wish victims realized that personal injury lawyers primarily deal with the insurance company of the at-fault driver. So, there's really no reason to think that hiring an attorney is somehow threatening or offensive to someone. We're here to make sure the insurance company is acting in good faith.
