- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the need of the customer. During the consultation, we discuss their budget and the services/products that can be obtained. I am a military veteran so I do offer a 10% discount for current and retired military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is set up to discuss the details of the client's needs and budget. During that time we will finalize all plans and a contract/invoice will be sent shortly after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always taken pictures to capture moments throughout my life, but I've been doing it professionally since 2016. That being said, my education/training in this field has come from experience.
