- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies with the services provided. The standard pricing model is to recieve compensation equal to the first months rent to lease a property. Thereafter, I charge a nominal fee on a monthly basis to manage the property in all aspects. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new customer begins with open lines of communication between the customer and myself. Once that has been established, it is important that we visit the property together to establish it's fair markert value, and discuss any matters of importance to the customers. We then begin the process of target advertising to reach our target market. When we begin generating leads, each potential tenant fills out an application and we screen them doing thorough background checks. At this point, the clients are given their choice of the successful canidates we have compiled. Upon their decision being made, we sign the lease agreement. Here again, communication is a key ingredient to our success. Throughout the terms of the lease agreement we work as a medium between the landlord and the tenant.
