Robert will never pay you the money he owes you. He'll give every excuse in the book, but will never pay you the money he owes. You are better off managing the property yourself. Don't use this guy, you will be throwing your money away. He also lies so you'll never know what to believe and he doesn't return phone calls or text messages or emails. Worst business man ever.
