After so many bad experiences finding Ms. Davis was a blessing. Her knowledge and experience is so impressive. I have had so many property managers who didn't know half of what she does. Earlier this year Ms. Davis rescued us from ruin. I hired another company who had never taken possession of my properties and collected rents. I contacted VPM Consulting LLC and asked Ms. Davis for her help and she immediately took action securing our properties and getting the rent collected. She has consistently kept my rent ready cost down. I recommend her to all my colleagues I just wished she managed multiple states. I am thankful to find a property manager I can rely on especially since I am an out of state investor.
