FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees continually get certified and trained in new products, and forms of installation annually.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a fully licensed and insured general contractor, but the majority of our work comes from roofing, gutters, and tuck pointing. The most common of our jobs is hot tar flat roofing commercial/residential. We are so experienced in this line of work, that we are normally able to beat any fully licensed and insured company's prices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always recomend that the customer takes their time in making any decisions in regards to hiring a contractor. If something seems way too good to be true, normally it is. Do some research on the company or individual contractor that you are hiring, and ask questions. Make sure that the contractor has workman's compensation for his employees, and general liability for any potential damages. Nobobdy plans on accidents, but if they are to happen you want to be prepared. If it is a decent size job ask the contractor for a lien release, and to be put on his/her insurance certificate as an underwriter for that particular job. Both of these do not take a great deal of time to produce, and are at no extra cost, so if a contractor can not provide these things, I would not do business with them.
