- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide an extreme value for my services. Basic tax returns can be completed for as little as $150. For accounting services my rate is $150/hour and if you have bookkeeping needs my cost is $50/hour. For your business, the cleaner the records are the cheaper the cost will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try and find what your specific needs are first and what types of work you do (that might dictate special tax deduction abilities).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPA, MBA (Fontbonne) and BS in Accounting (Illinois State University). Six Sigma Greenbelt.
