The first tennis lesson was so incredibly helpful! He takes time to focus on each skill and gives great analogies to help you visualize. He will work with you until it’s right- even in 100° heat! Even sent follow up notes on form etc. Could not recommend him enough!

If you are in the St. Louis area and have a passion for tennis, do yourself a favor and get some lessons from Sam. I'm a solid 3.5 rated player and was traveling to STL for a week and ended up playing with him for close to 10 hours...in the process he changed my game significantly including moving me from a single handed to a double handed backhand, teaching me the how to slice effectively and much more! He also sent me videos to watch that were super helpful. Sam is passionate about the game, understands the nuances and loves to coach. I enjoyed hitting with him and interacting with him. He is very pleasant and makes and effort to work with you to make your game better. His enthusiasm had him meeting me on courts at times ranging from 6.30 am to 9 pm on some days. I wish I lived in STL to continue to take lessons from him and hit with him. Hope to do that whenever I go there!
