Introduction: I encourage my clients to discuss their feelings and concerns and to identify their hopes for change during therapy. Therapy is viewed as a partnership where goals for therapy will be discussed together.
The process of therapy is paced according to the client's comfort. In other words, I will not be forcing you to discuss an issue or make a change until you're ready! I am happy to work with families, couples and individuals.
