Howard promised to finish a job he was paid for and then threatened me if I continue to contact him. Howard is known for incomplete work and being a bully.

HD Tree came out and gave me an amazing quote ... It was too good to be true. They scheduled to come out on a Friday, but rescheduled for Saturday, then rescheduled again for Tuesday and yet again rescheduled for Wednesday. So then Wednesday came and they were a no show once again but this time I never even received a phone call letting me know. I called them and they said they'd be there that upcoming Friday. And sure enough, they were a no show again and have yet to return any of my phone calls ... This experience has taught me that it's worth paying a little more for customer service, reliability, etc. I would avoid hiring this company for any services even if their prices seem great ... In the end, it's not worth it.

Within hours of contacting HD tree service they were at my house with an estimate that beat every competitors price. The job site was left more clean than it was previously, and they even stacked the extra logs I wanted for firewood. I will definitely be using HD Tree Service for future projects.

The service that Howard Daniel provided was excellent! He cut the trees down that was needed, trimmed, cleaned up and hauled away all the trash and covered our damaged roof. Expert in his field.
