I have an integrative approach which is enhanced by my background as an educator. I have a firm understanding of disability/impairment and how it can provide a unique set of challenges. I treat every client as an individual and work from a "you know your body best" perspective. Yet I am skilled at helping people learn what they are truly capable of. Helping individuals truly begin to live rather than exit is fundamental to my being. Everyone can experience the mental and physical benefits of yoga regardless of age or ability. There is nothing better to me than helping someone find a way to achieve their personal or professional goals.
