- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically the best way for us to give you a price on any job is to come and look at the job answer any questions that you have look at any hidden costs on the project that we may have to deal with… from there give you a fair honest bid…
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet with the customer… Go over any questions or concerns of they have on the job… If they would like to have my advice I will freely give it to what I feel is best with my professional opinion… go with the customer to pick the best possible products at the right price… Give them a complete proposal of the job scope and everything that we are going to do… Give them a start date and end date…
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of education from various job scopes starting… Decking division for Thomas construction, installing drywall with Whitaker homes,… Most of my knowledge came from Woodsmith construction where we worked all aspects of the job from plumbing ,electrical ,finish work ,kitchens ,bathrooms ,decks ,basements and various jobs that required a lot of intricate work
