I found J.A. Detail Cleaning on thumbtack because I was looking for a company to clean my house that is listed on Airbnb. I needed someone ASAP because a photographer was scheduled to come take pictures and I needed the house clean. Jose and Shelby promptly came out to give me a quote within a couple of hours and had someone clean the next morning. I really appreciated their sense of urgency. They’ve now cleaned my house around 5 times and I’ve been pleased with them. With it being an Airbnb, they’ve done a nice job helping me with things like making sure the guest didn’t leave things behind and that all of my belongings were still there. Overall, I appreciate their drive to always do a good job and their quick responses.

Jose originally quoted me a price which I thought was a little low since my house is on the larger size and I wanted a thorough cleaning. My baseboards and blinds hadn't been really cleaned in months. I expressed my concern and Jose came over and gave me a quote which was higher. I expected it to be higher but wanted to be sure the quote was accurate - I didn't want any surprises at the end and neither did Jose. The only surprise I got at the end was a really clean house. I was thoroughly impressed by the work he and his crew did. They arrived on time, brought all of their own supplies and equipment and met all of my expectations and more. They went right to work and I didn't see anyone "taking a break" or "wasting time". They worked very hard and asked me as they went along if I was happy or if they missed anything. Jose even chipped in a little but came back several times to make sure everything was going okay. I will be using J.A. Cleaning on a bi-weekly basis now to make sure my house is clean all of the time instead of waiting for it to become more of a "spring" or "fall" cleaning. Thank you to Jose and his crew. They were very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job.

They were very professional and responsible. Their staff is bilingual (English and Spanish) which makes everything easier for me. They presented a very detailed proposal so I approved it, then they made a great job when they cleaned my house the first time. I will hire them again soon.

We have used five different cleaners thoughout the years, and we finally found the best. We had our first clean today, and I felt sorry that they had to clean everything that hasn’t been cleaned in months, maybe years.
