I have eaten Carl's food on many occasions and have yet to find something I didn't like. He is a great Chef and has saved me and my family in our times of need. He is also very economical he gives you options and gives you prices that are reasonable. He has great charm and away to make people feel relaxed when they are in a pressured situations. Its always great to have one less headache when you have a party or reception etc.

I've worked with Carl when he was the Director of Food Service at Mercy Center. As a boss, he is the type who would listen to you and make you feel like you are a member of a great kitchen team. At that time, I just recently graduated from Culinary School and whenever Carl gets the chance, he would always show and teach me cooking techniques. He is a chef who knows his stuff and a great leader to his kitchen staff!
