- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, Although we often customize the pricing for the customer, depending on, budget, location, cause or type of event, we begin with a hourly base rate, which converts into hourly packages, then a nonrefundable deposit is charged based on the hourly package that is selected, with the deposit being 25-35% of the total. Although the deposit is non-refundable, in the case the event is cancelled, the desposit amount is applied toward the total, if the event takes place at a later available date. For example: Hourly base Rate - $100, 4-hours - $375, 6-hours - $525, And so on and so on, up to 12 hour, and multi-day packages available. all hourly packages, includes all of our services; music & karaoke, lighting & fog, microphones & MC Hosting, travel & setup, etc., no additional fees for anything, unless otherwise specified. Among many discounts available: two of our most popular discounts are as follows: $25 discount, for promotional booking $25 discount, cash payment, this discount is normally given when the customer is willing to pay the deposit, and the balance of their contract and cash. We offer several ways to for the customer to pay in cash. Currently, if we are unable to meet in person, you may pay in cash via, MoneyGram or Wal-mart Money Transfer.r
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once a customer contacts us, we talk about some of the details of their event, dates/times, location(s), what services is needed, what they are hoping for, and expect from us. 2. Then, we explain all the options that are available to them, for the event, and discussing in details of the prospective contract. 3. Once the customer is satisfied with the terms, a contract is generated, and sent to them, within 48-hours, and the event is placed on our booked calendar. 4. After, the signed contract, and the required deposit, is returned to us, we began working toward providing the services for the customers a event as they have designated to do, staying and constant contact with the customer, before, during, and after, there a Vante, too and sure that they receive the very best of all of our services for their event, and that they are totally satisfied!
