- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not for most services outside of our consulting, pricing is set agreed upon per party and client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course our initial consultation is always free. We are available 24/7 via phone or email because we know how often questions and situations may arise. We enjoy setting up tastings with our clients who may need the perfect reception experience and are available to attend any venue or vendor meetings along with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of Event experience both regionally and nationally.
