- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate system on the majority of work how ever for services that are unknown (example, broken pipes, leaky pipes something that is unknown since we don't know what it is) it is a hourly rate. And for other work like installation of toilet we have a flat rate. Depending on IF its only removal and install of toilet etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a relationship with them so by the time it comes when we meet, we know each other and understand each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed the state exam, To be a license plumber. I have experience in residential, commercial and some in industrial plumbing. I have experience in underground, top out and finish work. In drains, vents, water lines (copper, wrisbo, apex, aqua Therm, PVC, galvanized, etc. I have completed large gas system, and more.
