Our contact was very timely and professional, he did some light plumbing work for us at a fair price. He went over the top to make sure he was communicating his arrival plans the day before and day of, as going from job to job can sometimes be difficult to lock down an exact time. We did ask for him to quote some additional plumbing work that we did not originally mention, but he was not comfortable with that work. I think that's a positive in that he would prefer to not tackle something that is more than what he is comfortable with, I also know his specialty is HVAC so it makes sense for him to draw a line. All the work that he did perform was great and I would definitely recommend for any jobs they are comfortable doing.
