Our HVAC system was having issues with the fan shutting off. Dale came out and his customer service was stellar. He fixed the issue in a timely manor and was informative.

One of our home's AC units stopped working a few weeks ago and Dale was able to locate the issue and get it fixed quickly. He also handled getting the faulty part covered under the manufacturer's warranty as our system was still less than 5 years old. Highly recommended.

We came home from the hospital with a newborn and found our heat was out in the coolest night so far this year. I couldnt find a reasonably priced 24 hour HVAC service provider and reached out to our Marshfield Facebook page for recommendations.Dale with Residential Comfort Pros contacted me and responded very quickly to our home. After he found the issue, which would require ordered parts, he spent several hours working to override our furnace to make our heat pump run independently, allowing us to heat our home sufficiently until the part came in. Dale came back the next business day and installed the part, and made some other adjustments to help our unit run better.Very affordable service and incredible customer service. Highly recommend!
