I hired this company to do my ceiling fan in one of my guest bedrooms. It stated 70 bucks for the initial call. Not for sure but thought I said that would go towards the cost on installation if I decide to use company. He was very quick to give quotes. He gave a quote on a sheet of paper saying it would be over 400 hundred dollars plus tax. So as I go look at the work, he failed to put the metal pull handles with the wood at the end for the operating the fan and light by hand. He also did not use the holes that were made for the pull handles to go in . I have a picture to show you what I’m talking about I put the wood handles up myself. It’s lopsided also. I will not be utilizing them again. You can’t be quick to charge someone an arm and a leg and you haven’t done the best work and it’s obvious.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our local customer service agents will schedule a convenient appointment time for one of our service professionals to assess the scope of the work needed. Your Mr. Electric service professional will perform a complimentary basic electrical home safety check prior to beginning any work. This is for their safety as well as yours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Mr. Electric service professionals are licensed and insured. Service professionals participate in over 200 hours of continuing education every year. We have Master and Journeyman electricians on staff.
