- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard price we base jobs off of. It is usually standard "first time or non reoccurring" prices are a bit higher because of time, which there is a time cap as well. Although we have stayed later to finish; which is our ultimate goal. Only other price difference is if we bring all the supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do like to meet in person first. I know we are trustworthy, but we do want people to feel comfortable with us since we will be in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It was just something we both do well. Our kids call us OCD, but we take pride in our work and doing things right the first time.
