- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job needing done. I prefer a fixed price for my regular weekly, bi-weekly , monthly clients . That way no surprises to monthly budget . They only time I would change pricing after a quote is given is for extras not normally done or less/more days .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Yes, I like to get a base for what my clients would like done along with any ideas or concerns they might have . Then let them know how my routine will work with what they are needing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in general management Was also a training / inspector manager of a local cleaning company duties included training all employees , inspecting accts for quality , bidding on accts , and handling customer complaints/ concerns, and general feedback calls to make our service is up to our customer standards.
