Krista promptly responded to my initial inquiry, and helped coordinate a location to take photos in Springfield later that week.
On the day of the photo shoot, Krista then captured hundreds of quality shots in a 1 hour-long session. After some initial editing, I got to select my favorite 20 photos from that day.

Krista is AMAZING! She was quick to respond to questions, took the time to thoroughly explain the process to us, and made sure she understood what locations and “look” my son wanted his pictures to have. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages available for all price points. I want everyone to be able to afford pictures to capture moments in time. I will send you an email with the packages to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what look you are going for and if there is a specific location you desire to use. We can then work together to make the session fit what you wanted and sometimes what you didn't know you wanted :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from MSU with a fashion merchandising and marketing degree. I have always loved being creative. I have taken some photography courses and attended seminars to better my skills.
