- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Property Management Momentum allows the customers to choose which pricing option best fits their needs. Rather than using a one size fits all method, we offer 3 flat fee pricing options that gives the customer complete control in this decision making process. Pricing starts at $85 a month for Professional Management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company is all about transparency. Because of this, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. We realize that turning over your property is a major commitment that can bring many unknowns and fears along the way. Our job at Real Property Management is to be a helping hand throughout this process and make sure our customers feel at ease in this transition. If we don't deliver in our onboarding process with a new client, we refund all management fees back to our owners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 60 years of experience in Real Estate throughout the Southwest region of Missouri. We all have active Real Estate license, as well valued training that works toward continuous improvement. We are always looking at ways to learn more in our industry to improve the experience for our owners. Because of this we actively seek out ways to learn, grow, and train our employees.
