- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to listen to every homeowner and make sure we understand what each is looking for. We aim to be thorough and informative in our process and make ourselves available during and off business hours should our homeowners ever have any questions or need our help. Our staff are vetted for not only their experience but for their character. Our crews are shingle master certifid and our staff is put through several platforms of training to make sure we are up to date and thorough in our experience.
