I was little disappointed with my service job not being completed to my satisfaction.I request for new gutters and downspouts. New gutter was installed, but downspouts weren't. The contractor's workers made a decision not to change out the downspouts without first confirming it to the customer.I have reconsider changing my rating to a four star after talking with the manger yesterday. He did admit that his crew didn't do a good job communicating with his office about what they determined about the downspouts. Thank you for getting back in touch with me about my concern.

Sir, I’m sorry you were disappointed. We didn't do a very good job of communicating the situation and we're sorry for that. Thanks for your feedback. I think it's fair to note that this decision saved you $400. Replacing the downspouts was on your order but when the crew got to the job, they determined that your existing downspouts were in good shape so you had the option to remove that from the scope of work and save you the money rather than replacing properly functioning downspouts. You weren't home at the time and our crew didn't get that communicated back to the office very well. But in the end, we gave you the option to have us return the next day to replace the downspouts or reduce your invoice by $400. You chose to save the money and we were totaly fine with that. I could not be more happy with my new gutters. My old gutters had a lot of issues, mostly from the the company who installed them. ( I should of checked them out better) However, Gutter STL checked out Good and did an excellent job. Having gutters installed properly makes all the difference. MY ISSUES WITH GUTTERS HAVE BEEN CURED, Thank You Gutter STL and Thank You Dan.

My grandmother needed new gutters after hail damage so I helped her set this project up. The entire process was smooth. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. They provided a quote for me the same day I requested. Once I signed the quote they scheduled and completed the job within 2 days. The crew was on time and cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend this company!
