Introduction
I'm not a fluff and buff kinda therapist. I invest the time to assess the root of the problem causing the pain and treat from that point out. I expect client/patient participation of movement during session treatment. If your looking for a massage you fall asleep to, I'm probably not your therapist. Yes it's happens, though majority of the session involves active engagement by client/patient. I look forward to meeting you and developing a treatment plan based on your individual needs and future goals.
Plain and simple, the thing I love most about what I do is the feedback from the client/patient I'm working with. The positive reaction gives me purpose. When you make someone feel more like living just because you put your hands on them sure feeds the drive I have to make a difference in the lives of those who suffer with chronic muscle to bone disorders and/or dysfunction.

I started going to Integrated Musculoskeletal Wellness because I simply couldn't stand the pain anymore and was only hoping a little relief and walked away with the most incredible pain management treatment I have ever experienced! She is experienced and knowledgeable and very interested in progress for people like me that suffer with chronic pain. She makes sure to listen, make notes, and follows up with the next visit. The first time I saw her I was praying for a same day appointment because after more than 5 months and twice a week at a chiropractor I still couldn't get rid of the pain in my shoulder, arm, and upper back... I am so grateful to have been seen that same day and so grateful to have this kind of relief!!! I have highly recommended her to all my friends because she he is so professional and really cares about her clients. I can't say enough about how wonderful Shelly she is or how grateful I am!
