- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the square footage of the property & other external variables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would like to gather information on the property & desired service. Then we prefer to schedule an in-person appointment to look at the property. We also offer remote estimates if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and three years of exterior cleaning surface under my belt.
