- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the class topic and if the customer wants a 1 day short class or a continuous class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what type of training does the customer want and for what reasons. Many people do not know exactly what they want until asked. This one questions allows me to explain and demonstrate in great detail what the customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years law enforcement working as Patrol, Bicycle Patrol, Criminal Investigations, Field Training Officer, Department Training Officer, Taught at two MS law enforcement academies, Taught 10,300 plus U.S. military troops, Taught approximately 7,000 law enforcement officers, Taught locally , multiple states for federal, state, and local agencies, Taught nationally and internationally.
