- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and therefore pricing is determined by the project scope and customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to understand the customers objectives and goals for the project or event. Let's have a conversation over the phone to set up a time to meet in person. If its a design project then I'd like to see the space, discuss what the customer needs, the budget and time frame so an approach to the project can be determined. If its a catering project, then we will discuss the type of event, food preferences, allergies, type of service, schedule, and cost to allow me to develop menu options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Interior Designer by degree as well as practicing for over 25 years. I am a Licensed Interior Designer in Illinois, and a Certified Interior Designer in Mississippi. Both require degree, experience, and passing the NCIDQ examination. Also I am a personal chef trained under a seasoned professional chef at Starkey International as part of their estate management program.
