- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing on the flooring: click and lock is 1.50 per sq. Ft. Nail/glue down wood and tile is 2.50 per sq. Ft. If there is any tear out and moving furniture it is an additional .50 per sq ft. unless it is glue down or tile which is .75 a sq ft. When it comes to fencing, decks, and other handyman jobs, it will have to be looked at in person for an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I will meet the customer and measure their home for the square footage. After that, we will go over all options pertaining to that specific job. We will also work with the customer on getting them matched up with whatever material is needed for that particular job. Lastly, we will complete the job and make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with small business owners as an employee. I also have workes with companies such as Lumber Liquidators and some of their contractors as well.
