- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always ensure the quality of work is as if it was my own home. I will work with all customers on the overall pricing. This does not mean a deduction of quality but if your budget is very limited then we might have to downsize the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding one desires ensuring I know the complete picture. Discussing priorities, budgets and possible add on. Communicating how I see the project and in which order I will proceed with the project. Ensuring they know common issues with requested repairs. That way we build a mutual respect and trusting relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified and licensed business owner providing home renovations. State certified and insured.
