He responded quickly, came the very next day when we needed him. He was very thorough, showed us what he was doing, gave us tips and fixed everything we requested! Dave was very responsive, professional, and fit us in his scheduled immediately. We had tub and toilet leaks for unknown reasons, but Dave was able to find the root problems and fix them on the spot. He’s super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and charges reasonably. Will be calling him for future plumbing issues!

Dave was able to accommodate our weekend schedule and came by early in the morning on Saturday which we very much appreciated. As others have noted, he was friendly and quite knowledgeable of our inquiry and also gave us suggestions on preventative measures that could save us money in the long run. He resolved our issue diligently and in a timely manner while not once trying to up-sell us on any unnecessary parts or labor, reflecting highly of his professional standard. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have standard pricing for my service. It is called flat rate. For example; if the water heater is $400 plus tax you pay that only and the labor no markup charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Enlightening the new customer on the problem or matter that they have to understand it much better before deciding to even do the work to give them knowledge of what's going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the plumbing field for 30+ years and work in several institutions doing the same line of work.
