- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are reasonable and may change over the course of the job slightly. All estimates are free. If a customer refers SQLC to someone for service for the season, that customer will recive a one time 50% discount. Refer two customers for season receive a one time 100% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll start off by ask the customer what he/she wants,and whenever the job is approaching the final stage. I'll ask the customer are they satisfied with the progress of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of experience on the job training. I am always doing research on maintaining properties.
