- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard for pricing is our hourly rate. The current hourly rate as of 4/1/2016 is 150$ per hour. We base projects off of past experiences and our knowledge so that the costs are reasonable and fairly priced for the level of competency and quality of service performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is first meeting with a client and getting to know what their intentions are for their online presence. After we establish a relationship, we then send a proposal geared towards their technology needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have graduate level degrees and are certified in multiple areas of technology by Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, CIW and Cisco.
