Working with Jacques from Big Brothers Moving was easy. Excellent communication…he replied promptly when we texted and confirmed our appointment the day before. On delivery day he let me know when he was picking up my item.
Item delivered with no problems.
Bottom line is he said what he was going to do then he did it. Very much appreciated, Jacques!

Hi. Everyone! I hired Jacques to remove and haul off a 2006 - 54 inch old television and out of service television hook-up’s.
He did a fabulous job coming to my home and removing the items at a reasonable price . I strongly recommend hiring Jacques for any items you need moved . I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too.

It’s difficult to limit myself to 3 qualities that describe Jacques’ work today, as I think all 5 describe his work. He took initiative and was punctual, kept me informed of his whereabouts and sent pics of what he was moving to assure me. I’m well pleased with the service which was delivered cheerfully and would certainly recommend it to others.

JR was extremely professional and accommodating for my schedule. My grandmother bought a new nightstand online. Unfortunately, it was an international company with very confusing and complicated instructions. We had a neighbor try and give up. JR ran into a few challenges, and most people would have given up. He came back another day and spent over 2 hours in total and was able to get the stand completed perfectly! JR was so respectful, qualified, and nice to all of my family who were there. I would absolutely recommend him for anything you need putting together furniture, moving, fixing things, etc. I will be moving shortly and have already decided I will be going with Big Brothers.
