What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of square footage. After coming out and doing an in person inspection of the job, the price could go up or down depending on how dirty it is, chemical costs, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After talking with the customer via phone call or text message, I will come out and do an in person estimate. I will explain the entire process, where I will start, and how long I think it will take. I will gladly answer any questions about pricing, equipment, chemicals, or whatever question may come to the customers mind. Estimates are sent out to email/text, in an easy to maneuver app and can be accepted or declined per the customer. If customer accepts work to be performed, I will contact them with available dates.
