- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I survey the property, and make sure that there is no pre-existing damage. If any is found, I notified the customer before I do any work. Next, I’ll explain in detail what it is. I will be doing to the home or concrete to clean it. It is very important to keep the customer informed considering I’m working on their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been pressure/soft washing for 2 years. Have taken several online courses to become certified as well as regular training in a bi-weekly basis
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t hire anyone that doesn’t offer softwashing options. It’s very likely they will damage something if they don’t
