Very professional and quick to respond. Able to book inspection conveniently and quickly. Gave me an exact cost of my inspection before I scheduled it. Answered all of my questions and explained exactly what the process was and what he would be providing. Contacted me the day before to make sure we were still good to go which I appreciate since plans can change. Arrived on time. Politely knocked on my door and announced his presence. He was very thorough and made sure he checked every room and also double checked to make sure everything was as it was before he arrived. After the inspection, he took the time to answer my questions and concerns, we handled payment via debit card on site which was super convenient for me. Gave me a time frame as to when my inspection would be completed (no longer than 2 days). My report was VERY well laid out and professional, it included descriptions as well as colored pictures and description of the issue in that area. It was emailed to me. I had a few questions about my report and he was very quick to return my call and walked through the report with me and helped me with understanding what needed to be done. I would highly recommended him. 5 stars!
