This is a terrible company. Do not hire Terry to do any plumbing work for you. He damaged my bathroom sink by putting a hole in the porcelain and scratched the hot water handle. Terry refused to repair his mistakes and expected me to pay him. See photos of the damage he caused. Don't make the same mistake I made with this con-man.☹️

we did not put a hole in his sink.the hot water handle was rusted on and we we treid to get it off to repair it.faucets are old and need replacing but he wanted to try and repair them.he had a 45 service call and 125 repair cost and we did not charge him at all.he told us he didnt want us back.i let hi m keep 170.00 total thats euff to buy a drop in sink.hes mad cause he wanted more work done for same price and we couldnt do it.

Terry gave me a quote of $1500 to replace my shower stall. It was replaced with a prefab from Lowe's. On the day it was to be done he dropped off 2 very young me and left. I didn't know he was going on vacation. These men destroyed my house. They screwed the shower on the outside of the sheetrock (it's suppose to be under the sheet rock so the screws don't show). There are holes all around the shower in the sheetrock that they made and just left it. They tore up the ceramic tile floor and taped it back down and didn't tell me. They put the faucet in upside down and when we ask him to fix it he charged us $50 for his mistake. Three days later it fell off. I text Terry several times and he told me if I didn't stop texting him he was going to report me for harassment. While they were fixing the show they burst a water pipe and water poured through the kitchen ceiling. They tried to fix it but couldn't. They told Terry they did but I have 2 plumbers that will verify they didn't plus guests in my home. Anyway he wouldn't even talk to me about it because I had to get another plumber to fix it. He said he would have looked at it the next week when he returned from vacation. Unfortunately I couldn't let water pour though my ceiling for a week.The other plumber did not touch any other work Terry's company did. Terry never once looked at the bathroom before or after the work. What company operates like that. Before I realized what a mess they were making the young guy told me I needed about $1500 more work done so I let him because I thought he was Terry's employee.. When he was almost done he told me he was just doing that on his on. Is that no fradulent. I understand he is not going to do anything about this but I am posting the review in hopes that he will not scam someone else. He prey on a senior citizen that lives on social security only. I cannot have it fixed because it is going to cost over $15000 and it took me two years to save the money I paid him to destroy my home. If you are considering using Terry's company and would like to see his work please contact me I will be happy to show you what I have to live in the rest of my life!!
