Was dissatisfied, they arrived late, then took 4 hours to load, I guess due to my furniture being heavy. My couch which is new was slide across the floor. Everything that was moved into new place was just placed everywhere. No assembly, nor put in the correct place. Just piled in one bedroom and living room. They said the would come back and straighten everything after I called and never showed up. I have to hire someone now to move furniture and assemble beds and sectional back together.

Client had their mother call and renegotiate the price because they could pay, we came to the agreement I LOWERED MY PRICE losing money on the job if you couldn’t pay for the services then you should’ve done it yourself I could not lose anymore time or resources on a job I wasn’t getting paid on
