Standard cleaning has to scheduled at least 2 weeks from the date of the deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning and no more than 1 month. If moving to a new resident, inorder to receive the free standard cleaning, the home has to need only standard cleaning and is of the same size or smaller. Example of move-in/move-out cleaning: 3bed/2bath move-in/move-out cleaning is $400 and includes but not limited to: Kitchen: oven, fridge, in/outside of drawers/cabinets, counters, light fixtures, sweep, mop Living room: cabinets, drawers, light fixtures, dusting, sweep/mop/vacuum Bedrooms: dusting, light fixtures, sweep/mop/vacuum Bathrooms: cabinets, drawers, light fixtures, counters, tub, shower, toilet, sweep/mop Closets: dusting, sweep/mop/vacuum Washroom: dusting, sweep/mop All interior doors wiped down, any cobwebs removed, window sills, vent covers, baseboards and attempts to remove spots on walls if any. The above is an example of a move-in/move-out cleaning. When you book to have a new flowerbed project done, you will receive 2 outdoor plants free of charge.
