I’m taking off one star because I ended up paying almost double what I was expecting. This would not have been a problem except the service provider told me she wasn’t expecting my house to “be as dirty” so she only brought one extra person which turned a three hour job into a six hour job. So not a me problem her not being thoroughly prepared problem. The cleaner also put a lot of emphasis on the fact that she cleans houses and not organizes houses personally to me they seem like one in the same, however fine, but this resulted in her being very careless about putting things back where they are supposed to go after wiping down surfaces, and not being very logical about organizing the stuff she had moved. She put cleaning products where food is food and water where cleaning products should go and even left a bag on my back porch with the trash that contains valuables like my computer charger and vacuum cleaner. I won’t take off another star because I am very impressed with the cleaning portion, but be sure you send pictures before hand and really communicate with her so you can have clear expectations of cost and what she is actually coming to do.

Hi Jobbie. Thank you for texting me to let know how in “Awe” you were with your home and how you can now “come home and relax”. To kinda sum up your review here. I took you for your word about the shape of your home, but I shouldn’t have because it was the opposite but I stayed until everything was clean because I guarantee my work. You stated to put all the plastic bags and other things on your front porch or the back porch. We decided on the back porch. You only had 1 small cabinet for dishes, 1 small cabinet for pots and pans, 1 small cabinet for food and 1 very small cabinet for other stuff, so the 1 big bottle of water had to go under the sink, that’s your perception of mixing food. As you requested, we did not touch the dried lizard, eggs, dried flowers, incenses, pictures and other stuff laying on your mantle. I don’t know what that was all about. And, you offered before we started, to pay more because of the condition of your home. You decided on the amount and I actually settled on a lower price because I always try to work within everyone’s budget. Next time try to be honest, it’ll go a long way. Thank you for your business. My prices are some of the best out there without compromising great service. We offer discounts and always try to work within your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered nurse who enjoy interacting with the public and interior cleaning and soft landscaping is just another way for me to do that by offering my services to the public. To me it’s just another way of working with the public, just on a much less stressful level.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love keeping a clean and uncluttered home because the less you have sitting around the less you have to clean. Not to mention the dust and allergens things collect. While growing up, my Mom kept a very clean house. Also, I grew up around flower gardens, vegetable gardens and indoor plants. When I was thinking about starting a business, it was a no-brainer.
