Deloris was on time and enthusiastic to get started! She had a smile and energy, upon arrival, that spoke volumes... Letting me know that she wasn't just there to clean my home but that she was there to make it shine as if it has never seen a messy or "dirty" day. No matter the mess or difficulty level of a task, Deloris never lost her smile, energy or enthusiasm. That's not just "doing my job" mentality or good customer service...
