Salina and her crew took on a big, difficult, post-construction job for us with a tight deadline. It too her longer than she originally thought to complete, but she made things happen and did a good job. A highly recommend you try her company for cleaning services.

What a pleasure it was to have Above and Beyond to take care of our needs. We're a military family and recently transferred to San Diego. My wife was already out there and I had my 2 year old with me, I contacted this cleaning agency and was connected within an hour to Above and Beyond, I spoke with Salina and I asked her if she can come see the house and get a quote that day and she did. I had my stuff packed and moved the next day, and the following day she was there. I wanted to get on the road, so I left the money with my neighbor and she did a great job, she sent me pictures of every room, and closets. She could've bs'd me since I was gone, but she spent more time in there than to initially told me. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. Sabrina did an amazing job cleaning a rental that needed a lot of TLC. It was a very thorough deep clean and the place looked like new. I live in a different state so trust was critical. She was in continuous communication throughout the day and did not finish till the job was done. Thanks so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in the average pricing range for a housekeeper in the area. it is on the high end but well worth the price if your willing to pay. My quality is above and beyond my pricing. There is a lot of competition out there but I have been doing this long enough to know you can't win them all. But I can guarantee you will not find better quality!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I make contact with the client and hear them out on what they are looking for, then I answer any questions best I can to ease their mind, then I set up a time with them to do a required walk through to put eyes on site for a quote, then I sit down with them to discuss pricing on what they want done and my pricing when we come to an agreement we set up scheduling for a required deep clean, the future dates or a set schedule.
