This worker can do a better job if he understands what the customer need and doesn’t charge way too much. I hired him to caulk around the tub and get rid of mildew on the walls around the door. He gave a price quote of $575. I told the Owner Ryan that was too high, so he told me his best deal was $500. His worker told him when he came out to do the job that it wasn’t mildew. Caulk is still good. Because of the type of door, it needs to be changed because the condensation will keep happening wither It’s hot and cold. The Owner Ryan charged me $285 to just seal around the tub. We told him that was crazy, and I said I wouldn’t pay. We agreed to pay $150. Ryan, the owner, told me I didn’t understand the skill and couldn’t do it myself. He then lower the price to $200 and insisted me to pay. I told him that was too much to caulk around a tub. My husband paid him $200 just to be DONE! We feel like we were ripped off by this contractor, so I would NEVER suggest them. BEWARE CONTRACTOR ONLY CAULK AROUND TUB $200
