Mr. Rick had came to my parents house to find a wiring issue. He didn't leave until he found the problem. Mr Rick i want to thank you so my parents wouldn't be in a hot house. His price was great. He was very professional and kind But one thing stuck out to me was his word. That's priceless when a person keep there word. Thank you Mr. Rick and thumbtack.

WHEN YOU LOSE HALF THE OUTLETS IN YOUR HOME ON CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON IT CAN BE SCARY. RICK SENT ME A TEXT WITH IN A MINUTE OF MY REQUEST TO TALK TO SOMEONE. I JUST KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE JOB THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD. I TALKED TO RICK AND HE MADE ME FILL RELAXED ABOUT THE COST. I REQUESTED FOR THEM TO BE AT MY PLACE ANYTIME BETWEEN 12 & 3 THE NEXT DAY. CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY AT 11:45 WAS AT MY DOOR AT 12:15. DID THE REPAIR AND WAS OUT IN ABOUT A HOUR. HE COULD HAVE HIT ME WITH A MAJOR BILL BUT DID HIS REPAIR WITH A SUPER FAIR PRICE. SO MUCH THAT I GAVE HIME MORE THAN HE ASKED FOR BECAUSE I THOUGHT HE WAS UNDER CHARGING ME FOR DOING IT. RICK MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER LOOK ANYWHERE BUT TO YOU FOR WORK ON MY HOUSE AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN.
