Scheduled new weekly housecleaning service for Saturday mornings. (Our previous lady became pregnant and is out of the business now.) Was hoping for a two or three person team starting at 7:00 or 8:00. Turned out to be one person starting at 9:00. That's going to chew up our whole Sat. morning, but it's fine if she ends up being good. Well...
The very first Sat., she texted in sick on Sat. morning and couldn't come. Ok, it happens. We understand.
Waited three days for her to get well, then contacted her to restart for the next Sat. morning for a second chance. Connected and agreed to restart the weekly schedule on this Saturday. Uh oh....Sat. morning came and went with her as a no call/no show. That's two strikes and getting worse.
So here we are Sunday morning leaving a just-the-facts review and looking for a new housecleaning service. I don't know whether this service is good at cleaning; I just know in my two weeks experience it was not reliable at showing up.
