- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing transparent and straightforward. Every session includes planning support, posing guidance, and a fully edited gallery delivered within 72 hours. I require a deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due before your session. Occasionally, offer bundle discounts for repeat clients, or personalized quotes for multi-hour or brand shoots. I also work with families on a tight budget whenever possible. Access to storytelling shouldn’t be exclusive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things very simple and stress-free. Once someone reaches out to me, I send over a custom booking link. We’ll chat through outfit ideas, location options, and anything else you may need. On session day, I guide you through the session so you feel comfortable and confident. And within 72 hours, you’ll receive a private online gallery with high resolution download access. I’m with you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has come from experience in the field photographing families, brand shoots, travel sessions, and local community events while juggling work and motherhood. I’ve also invested in valuable editing tools to deliver consistent and polished galleries. And my background in frontline operations and leadership at Target has taught me skills in Corporate Communications, how to manage workflows, and deliver on time…every time.
